WILL I HAVE THE SAME CLEANING PERSON EACH VISIT??

WNC Cleaning Co., is a small owned and operated business. While I usually handle the cleaning myself, occasionally, depending on the job's size or my schedule, I may have an assistant working alongside me. You can rest assured that the quality of work remains consistent. My assistants are trained to meet my standards, and I always inspect their work to ensure you receive the same high-quality cleaning every time.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You have a few easy options to make payments for my services. You can use Venmo, PayPal or pay with cash. 
Please remember that payment is due before I start cleaning, as this helps maintain a smooth process.

After you schedule your first cleaning, I will send you an email with link to your chosen method of payment.

I also provide a convenient linen delivery service. Which includes wash, dry, fold and even delivered. This service is tailored especially for local small businesses, including massage therapy studios, short-term rentals, medical offices, wellness centers, and fitness facilities. Let me take care of the cleaning so you can focus on what you do best!

HOW OFTEN WILL YOU CLEAN MY HOME?

I will clean your home as often as needed, whether it's on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly basis, or just a one-time cleaning.

HOW LONG DOES A CLEANING TAKE?

I can't provide an exact timeframe as each home, business, or office has unique cleaning needs. My priority is delivering quality over speed, so I dedicate as much time as necessary during each visit to ensure your space is spotless. Over time, you may notice that the cleaning duration may shorten, but rest assured, it doesn't mean any corners are cut; it simply means I've perfected a routine in your space.
